love

Went to watch a movie today after going down to school to mark.
Cant stand the intense stress anymore. *breaking apart*

Anyway,
realized that I go for more reflective and no brainner movies more than any other kind.
Like the other time I went to watch Knowing.
Goodness, it was so intense and loud.
Simply do not like the idea of needing to cover my ears.
Came back and dont feel so much of a relaxed and what I would have desired at all.

No Comedy Romance this season.
Lots of block buster though.

Nope,
I hadnt watch Wolverine,
Nope, not Angel and Demon as well.
Nope, not Hangman
Not Star Trek. No need to even think about that.
Not even Fast and Furious.

I went to watch this show that is about the decisions we made in life.
A reminder to really acknowledge that we shouldnt blame our failures on our love ones.
About how that can really tear lives apart.
And when your job undermines you, move on and change one.
:D
I speak like I'm in the situation.
Wonder how I would react if its me in that situation. :D

Guessed the movie yet?

*I must go get a black jacket!

On the side note,
The wife actually has the talent to decorate the whole garden. But it was the man who kinda put up the "fire place" and the Hemlock thing.

Reminds me of the scenario that:

Hey, this kind of construction, heavy stuff really should be done by man.
But would you step back and let the wife call the shots and just help out?
That on the note the you really dont have any idea of how talented she is?

An Inspiration I had today.

Les Choristes

hello~

Wat do you get when you put a composer who has given up on music and a group of orphans from WWII together in a classroom?

Les Choristes
25th Apr 2009
Okto
10pm

What has it got to me?

1. Teacher
2. Children
3. Music
4. Singing
5. Hope

Everything.

Update:

Just finished watching the show, I'm very inspired.
That yah, really thats the life of teachers.
Its either the very disciplinarian side,
or the find ways to get it through kind.

and finally, when the teacher walks away, its not a nobody.
But really, it is one person, that has impacted the life of the many that he/she has come into contact with.

The grown up with the wisdom accumulate over the years, looking at a child's deeds and acts, having been there, done that, know of the feelings and thoughts, willing to acknowledge and come back to those.

-

Tomorrow's Army Daze on Okto at 10pm. :D
Fabulous!
"my ambition is to become a housewife in hougang"
"Oh My Krishna! Be brave! but dont be a hero okie..."
"Diyana!!! Ah Hua! Ah Hua! Take photo! Take photo!"
"Wah, officer teach us how to jia zhua Eat Snake ar"

:D

its a good show!
Sunday 10pm

kk, time to sleep, its choir again tomorrow~

Knowing

Just went to watch Knowing, wanted to watch Handsome Suit de, but well, timing didnt work for me.

Knowing...
it was an oki show, very disturbing scenes.

Maybe bcos I'm entirely a Comedy Romance person? :D

Anyway, guess Sniper might be a more interesting show compared to this ba.

Still, New Adam and Eve called Caleb and Abigail. :D

oki, dont spoil the movie for you, go see.

Child's Development

Was just watching L Change the World.
*Yes I know, old show *
:D

My sis bought the VCD some time ago, tts y i can watch it at home.
All the streaming sites that I know of seems to be down.
Was just folding clothes thats y played it.

anyway,

I was on the ear piece.
The show itself started off with a virus-spread village.

So the whole time, you hear people calling out for help.

"Help Me, Help me.
Jiu Ming Ar, Jiu Ming Ar, "

Wah, the kind of emotion thats in the voice.
Even if im not watching the scenes. Just the sound directed straight into my ear, straight into the brain.
That was enough to bring my mood down.

I realize that is exactly the kind of thing children experience.
Imagine a child being told "I'm So Disappointed In You" "I'm So Disappointed In You"
esp at the period where the seek acceptance,
I think they will suffer very bad strokes to their esteem.

So

Speak Positive into people's life today.

Go try out the Show, and listen to the part that I'm talking about.
I think You will know what I mean.
Starting part of the show.

Hallelujah!
Easter is coming!

update

Hello Hello,

:D wanted to blog about Marley and Me last night be totally got no time, was just marking till I was totally tired out...

Special thanks goes out to a friend who hadnt called me in years. That short chat got me through marking the stack of comprehension unknowingly. :D

About Marley and Me, its totally a couple's show, about being in a marriage, the priorities, the different phases, and the different decisions the couple has to make.
To top it up, the contribution a dog can make.

Got me tearing when the father mention about the dog staying by the son's side for the whole 7hrs not moving an inch when the son isnt feeling well...

Its a nice show. I chose the wrong day to watch it. :D went on Sunday evening, should have just stayed at home and slept instead.

But nah, this show is too good to be missed.

Anyway, got back from SIM just now.
I totally loved the lighting and atmosphere there when it gets late.

and these rows of cars and bikes caught my attention today while on my way home...

They look like they are ready to go to start a new day. :D

kk, thats all for now~

HJNTIY

Just got back from watching
He's Just Not That Into You

My head's all messed up now...
Not because of the relationships between the characters, cos the storyline still have it nicely pair up or singled out in the end. Its fine.

Just the mixed message I received along the way.
*pHeW*

Surprisingly, not the one with the hot sex and willing to work marriage out that has the most lasting impression.

Its the I'm desperately interpreting sign in order to get attached girl and the let me help you guy that caught my attention.
Perhaps its because the relationship was built throughout the whole show, and that character is such a story teller...
:D

-

I'm eating suicidal stuff now, :D my throat's gonna kill me tomorrow. :D

-

Wrote this down some time ago in my sermon notebook.
kept forgetting to blog about it.
Perhaps its because thats not where I would usually keep my blog ideas ba.

Was desperately trying to fit it into a philosophy form but failed horribly. :D
That must be why I didnt choose a philosophy question for my assignments ba. :D
Assignments shall be termed as TMA from hereforth.

1. Not necessary all men from CHC practise what is preached.
2. Not necessary all men NOT from CHC doesnt practise what is preached.
3. Some even just sleep through the service.

If I can attempt to put it into Philosophy form: *yup, I am not giving up cos it may come out in exams...*

City Harvest Church delivers messages that makes one after God's heart.
Men who are in City Harvest Church listen to these messages.
Hence, All Men from City Harvest Church are man after God's heart.

:D I think that cannot be more wrong.

:)

Seek not a Godly man, but a Man after God's heart.
Listen not to what others say, but listen to one's heart.

thats just to rhyme, I think Open up one's eyes to see for oneself is still the most important.

And after you've made the decision, stick to it.

:D I hope I am still so realistic when everything begins.

kk, thats all for tonight~
The new week is about to begin! Hallelujah!

Be Bless
Love,
Amanda

P/S: I totally got the message of the show. I think...
