Does a rainbow have an end? Nope, just as God gave the rainbow as a covenant after the flood (see Gen 9:14 onwards), so shall the rainbow never end.
Is beauty ever overlook? Yes, every moment everyday, what is beautiful to others may not be beautiful to you. Beauty is the presentation of whats in the darkest end, the lowest of the low, and yet victories in its place.
Does the wind ever stop blowing? No it never, because even the softest breeze can blow the dust away.
Just as your words could break a heart, it could heal a wound.
What is our greatest enemy? The adversities we face? no, its ourself, our fear, and our guilt. Us, the enemy that is of within. Fear, that didnt allow you to do things. Guilt that hinders you to forgive yourself to move on.
Reminds me of what I wrote when I was in Secondary school? Life is like a bed of rose. The up times when one sees a full bloom rose, the young bud thats waiting for the right season, the hope that keeps one going.
The down times when one confronts a prick on the rose. the sharp ends that calls forth pain. And yet, after facing the prick, and walking through it all, you figure out it's worth it afterall.
These ups and downs they come and they go. It is not that bad afterall if you choose to see the Rose that is ahead. If only you will choose. Choose up instead of down. Positive instead of Negative. See the Victories in the Defeat. Achievements in the Failure. Love in the Pain.
If you want the rainbow, learn to live through the rain.

the bear on the right is my 21st Birthday Gift from my cellgroup. The bear's name is Spencer~! come come close up close up He will play a very impt role as He'll be my creature comfort. :D
In the middle is a photo album, a small collection of some of the pictures of the kids to push myself further. :) This job is more than just dealing with kids. Thats like only half the time? :) So in mad times like yesterday, when I'm beating myself up for being so hardworking. I'll look at these kids that drove me up the wall sometimes and tel myself its worth it. Don't quit, Don't throw in the towel. "In the dictionary of Discipleship, there is no such thing as retreat."

after I'm done with school, I went over to City Hall. Its like 3 months since I went? its interesting how I would unplug and listen to the sound of the rushing crowd along citylink.
My 1st destination is Marche at Suntec! Love the Ham and Cheese Crepes I saw this when I arrived
Its close! No more Marche! no more moo moo cow at the entrance... so sad! Suntec Revamp!

Went over to Carrefour to get lunch, had 2 sushi and a curry puff from Old Chang Kee.
and of course, its never complete without my ... Pure Chocolate! Went over to Millenium Walk to fetch it.
Went around the Suntec and Marina Square to look for Shirt. Man's Shirt that is. Hmm... I just realize, Most formal shirt are with strips. Horizontal or Vertical. The difference? The distance between each strip. :D
I was at Marina Square before going over to get the drink. Was approaching the atrium when I heard some road show thing going on, walk over, and guess what I saw! *stun* *power!*

Its interesting how this is portrayed Whenever I hear pole dance I'll think of those sleekly move and little clothings. This was the same, except its in a brighter environment. It feels alot more like Gymnastic than anything to do with sex appeal. The idea of it. They just love being inverted, doing their thing with a pole. The costume are still as tight, except with lower budget I guess. :X no offense intended. :D

Its Mr Golden Arch. :D Reminds me of the movie I watched on Thursday evening. "Super Size Me" O_O within 30 days of eating mac, the liver was really badly damaged. But what draws people to eating Mac?
1. Nostalgic feelings. - Kids grow up with frequent visits to Mac with their parents. The Playground, the parent's attention. So whenever they see the Arch, the brain will automatically call out for more. 2. Its a form of addiction. The research personnel could be feeling really depression one moment. The moment after he goes for Mac, he goes back up.
In-fact theres one part that talks about a school that houses delinquents, their lunch is served multi-colored meaning all the veg and healthy stuff. Surprisingly u dont think that they are delinquents when u look at them.
Oh and one more thing. Because of that special diet. His sex life became WORTHLESS. (the girlfriend was part of the show)

the harm that took place because of the 30 days diet, took him at least 8months to be restore to original health.

anyway, was beating myself up in school this morning. Felt really miserable being so hardworking. Wanted so much to go for a break, but guess what, Monday to Friday I went to school. Markings, Filings, Committee work. *pout* dont even have the chance to find alone time... Was complaining to a friend, he ask me to look back at the original motivation and the benefits of the job. :D
At the moment, im facing work. Not people. :D And its marking ridiculous mistake that shows disinterest in work...
anyway, so I shall set up my cosy corner! Put my Spencer there, Some of the gifts, and a mini photo-album. So much so much. :D Oh and I set an alarm clock. :D 4.30pm! Time to go home! :D

That alone time thing reminds me of a conversation that night when I went out to chill with 3 of my fellow colleagues. all together 4 of us.
3 of us takes the train, the other takes a bus. the one that took a bus arrived early, manage to get him to pick me up before going over to the place that we were suppose to meet. Maybe its the elements, or its in the horoscope, or its just that I crave some by-the-water time. We met by the river, under the far away streetlights. That moment was so nice, so stolen away.
At the end of the meetup, the 3 of us went forth to the MRT station, the other accompanied us a distance and then turn back to go towards the direction of his bus-stop.
Was about to arrive home when I messaged that friend, checking for arrival. End up, that friend was having by-the-water time, still at where we went. So me being me poke the friend. Say selfish la, bo jio la. Then came the message. "Nobody say you cannot go what. No one's stopping you" Right at that moment, it felt like a tight slap in the face.
I felt so miserable. so I replied "Yah you are right, no one says i cant go, no one's stopping me" So sad...
nvm... 2ml after setting up my cosy corner in my "cubicle" I shall go forth to Marche, then go take my walk down Singapore River. Must take Photo! :D
and to think I'm skipping my CG's Sentosa outing. :D nvm 2ml dont walk too much, must take care of my ankle...
And this was the Brownie Ice-Cream I had the night I sprain my ankle... except instead of cookies and cream, I had Sticky chewy Chocolate. :D

Think I didnt get to share this, but ya, I met this guy whom I really enjoy my time with. its the kind of connection thats really special I feel.
its just that simple, special as in not the kind romance and all that, but rather just simple, the talk, the walk, the presence, the sincere, the occasional tease and bully and yet still the concern the gentleman, the willingness to care for me.
so much so that I would willingly say yes if the guy were to pop the question to go get a HDB flat.
But let me add that it is impossible. Its a chance that tested my will to the max.
