fair?

Had a thought just yesterday,
plenty of people complain about God being unfair, God treating the good unfair.

Well, just tot of sharing, that hey, sometimes when we go through the down times, God's hand is on us too. That really all things are in the control of the hand of God.
His hand is never too short to help us.

Take for the very good example
Nebuchadnezzar

He is the one who took Jerusalem into capativity. He is the ruler of Babylon, the motherland of all idolatry.

But do you know...
It is God who wanted him to take Jerusalem into captivity?

1 Chr 6:15b
"...when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar."

It is in Nebuchadnezzar's reign that Daniel was made to be the chief of the governors of all wise men (of divinity and idolatry), a person who has to study the arts and culture of a land that is full of idolatry. Something that a Christians might not like to do. Isn't Daniel in the shoes of real misfortune?

But it too is in Nebuchadnezzar's reign that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego was proved faithful and walk through the furnace with 3+1 men. It too is in Nebuchadnezzar's reign that nothing shall be spoken against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego.

I think we need not talk about Daniel in the Lion's Den during the reign of Belshazzar (son of Nebuchadnezzar) ya? :)

Really, God's hand is in all things, He always has the last say.

In all situations, don't complain, look at the bless-ness of your position. Praise God.
Praise Him for He is going to take you through, not just through, but emerge victoriously, as a new creation, being someone that is strengthen, through and out of the valley.

its because things are not going according to one's standards thats why its considered as unfair to one right?

well,
What is fairness then if things are according to one's own standards. Standards that one has set according to his/her own preference, advantage, comfort and way of life and thoughts.

so what is fair?

Be Bless!

Love,
Amanda
